Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.


Action by the infant-plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by her as a consequence of coming in contact with an automobile owned by one of the defendants and operated by the other defendant. Companion action by the infant's father for expenses and loss of services. Judgment for the defendants and order denying plaintiffs' motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
