INSURANCE, § 498.4disappearance, sufficiency of evidence. Lower court properly entered judgment for plaintiff in action upon life insurance policy, where evidence showed that insured disappeared from home of beneficiary, his sister, his last known abode, he had not communicated with friends or relatives, and inquiry had been made without obtaining information as to whether he was alive.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Chicago; Hon. JOHN V. McCORMICK, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court at April term, 1939.
