PRESENT:

Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on September 20, 2017, and November 27, 2017, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joseph DeMarie, Esq., dated September 30, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before December 28, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect appeal No. 1 will be granted to appellants' present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
