Present — Clarke, P.J., Scott, Dowling, Smith and Page, JJ. Scott and Dowling, JJ., dissented upon the ground that the finding of negligence on the part of the defendant is against the weight of evidence.

Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
