BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition in case number 2D13–5946 is dismissed without prejudice for petitioner to challenge the denial of his motion to disqualify in his direct appeal in case number 2D14–171.

Petitioner's motion to combine and incorporate, which shall be treated as a motion to consolidate case numbers 2D13–5946 and 2D14–171, is denied as moot.
