Order entered November 2, 1966 precluding plaintiff with respect to the bill of particulars and granting other relief with respect to the demand, unanimously affirmed, with $75 costs and disbursements to defendants-respondents. (See Baumgarten v. Lear, 27 A.D.2d 932.)
