ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is presently set for trial during the Houston, Texas, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on May 13, 2024. In order to address a potential jurisdictional issue, it is

ORDERED that the case is set for pretrial hearing at the place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served February 6, 2024, at a time and date certain of 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties are excused from appearing on Monday, May 13, 2024, as previously directed and otherwise need not comply with the obligations imposed upon them in the Standing Pretrial Order also served on February 6, 2024.

The parties are invited to contact the Court if they agree upon a more convenient time and date during the above-referenced trial session to reschedule the pretrial conference.
