ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order dated April 29, 2021, petitioner was ordered to file an ownership disclosure statement pursuant to Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, on or before June 14, 2021. Petitioner has failed to file a proper ownership disclosure statement.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an Ownership Disclosure Statement is hereby extended to August 1, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 6, Ownership Disclosure Statement.
