ORDERED that Joan Mencel, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Christopher Pogson, Esq., 34 Chenango Street, #501, Binghamton, NY 13901, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
