ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On November 14, 2022, a Letter Dated November 10, 2022, was filed on behalf of petitioner by Patrick J. McGettigan, CPA. In that letter, Mr. McGettigan states that this matter has been resolved with the IRS and petitioner wishes to close this case. The letter was not signed by petitioner, and Mr. McGettigan is not admitted to practice before this Court and thus cannot represent petitioner in this case.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Letter Dated November 10, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
