Appeal, No. 237, March T., 1960, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1957, No. 2543, in case of Paul Scalamogna v. John W. Hedderich. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries and property damage. Before SOFFEL, J.

Verdict entered for defendant, plaintiff's motion for new trial denied and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed.
