An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 24, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendant-appellant having moved for reconsideration of the order of this Court entered on April 11, 2019 (M-6692), which dismissed the aforesaid appeal in its entirety and struck it from this Court's calendar, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
