An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 24, 2017, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay the ten-day notice to vacate the apartment, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, And an interim stay having been granted by an order of a Justice of this Court on July 24, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
