MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is appellants' January 28, 2011 motion to dismiss this interlocutory appeal challenging the trial court's December 13, 2010 order denying appellants' motion to dismiss, abate, and compel arbitration. Appellants assert the appeal has become moot because the trial court has reconsidered its order and granted them the relief requested. Attached to their January 28th motion is a copy of the trial court's order on reconsideration. We GRANT appellants' motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
