DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Theresa Yuan and separate appeal by Nancy Erickson and Martin Pollack from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2010. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 16, 2011, the time of Theresa Yuan to perfect her appeal was enlarged until July 11, 2011.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal by Theresa Yuan is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and prior order of this Court dated May 16, 2011.
