Opinion

On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The Court reversed the judgment below in Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 129 S.Ct. 1937, 173 L.Ed.2d 868 (2009). Therefore, the petition for writ of certiorari is granted and the case is remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for further proceedings.
