ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's Baltimore, Maryland trial session, scheduled to begin April 8, 2024.

On January 23, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. The Court will direct petitioners Jill Carol Savin and Robert J. Cook to file a response to the motion and appear at the above-referenced trial session to be heard on the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 11, 2024, Ms. Savin and Mr. Cook shall file a response to the motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's Baltimore, Maryland trial session, scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., on April 8, 2024, in Courtroom #9B, at Edward A. Garmatz United States Courthouse, 101 West Lombard Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. If Ms. Savin and Mr. Cook fail to file a response to the motion or fails to appear at the hearing, the Court may grant the motion and enter a decision against them.
