Motion to vacate dismissal of appeal and for extension of time to perfect appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]). The record on appeal and appellant's brief shall be filed and served on or before December 30, 2021. The briefs of respondents shall be filed and served on or before January 5, 2022. The reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 15, 2022.
