ORDER FOR STATE COURT RECORD
After preliminary consideration of the Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, it is
ORDERED that within thirty days from the date of this Order Respondents shall file with the Clerk of the Court, in electronic format if available, a copy of the district court order denying Applicant's second Colo. R. Crim. P. 35(c) postconviction motion, the transcript of the evidentiary hearing held regarding the disposition of Applicant's ineffective assistance of counsel claims, and any other part of the state court record that pertains to the disposition of Applicant's ineffective assistance of counsel claims by the district court. In the alternative, Respondents shall file a complete record of Applicant's state court proceedings in Case No. 03CR3131, including all documents in the state court file and transcripts of all proceedings conducted in the state court, but excluding any physical evidence (as opposed to documentary evidence) not relevant to the asserted claims. It is
