REINSTATEMENT ORDER

After numerous warnings, on January 10, 2018, this Court dismissed appellant Colette Savage's appeal for failing to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk's fees for preparation of the record. See Savage v. Savage, No. 10-17-00139-CV, 2018 Tex. App. LEXIS 276 (Tex. App.—Waco Jan. 10, 2018, no pet. h.) (mem. op.). Appellant has now paid for the Clerk's Record and filed a motion to reinstate this appeal. In the interest of justice, we grant appellant's motion to reinstate this appeal and withdraw our memorandum opinion and judgment issued January 10, 2018. We also reinstate all motions pending in this case that were dismissed as moot in our January 10, 2018 opinion.
