ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed February 16, 2023, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2023, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "eFiling & Case Maintenance" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov), is extended to March 28, 2023. If the filing fee (or proper application for waiver) is not received by that date, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
