Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, unless plaintiff stipulate to reduce the damages to $150, in which case the judgment and order are unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, P.J., Hirschberg, Thomas, Carr and Woodward, JJ., concurred.
