ORDER

After this court granted appellant's first motion for extension of time to file his brief, the brief was due October 5, 2017. Appellant has now filed a second motion for extension of time, seeking an additional thirty days in which to file the brief. After review, we GRANT appellant's motion and ORDER appellant to file his brief in this court on or before November 6, 2017 - the thirtieth day, November 4, 2017, falls on a Saturday, so the brief is due November 6, which is the following Monday.
