LYNETTE M. SAULET, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On December 29, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review, it appears that the amount of the increase in deficiency set forth in the parties' stipulations below the judicial signature line does not sufficiently account for the increased deficiency amount set forth in the proposed decision document.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 6, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
