ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file the transcript is GRANTED. The time for Court Reporter Shelee Beard (R 5493) to file the transcript is extended to November 15, 2021.

If a copy of the notice of filing the transcript has not been filed with the Clerk's Office of the Court of Appeals on or before November 15, 2021, the court reporter may be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to MCR 7.210(B)(3)(f), which could include the assessment of costs, issuance of an order barring the court reporter from recording further proceedings until all of the reporter's overdue transcripts ordered for purposes of appeal are filed with the trial court clerk, and/or issuance of an order to show cause why the reporter is not in contempt of this Court.

A copy of this order shall be transmitted to Third Judicial Circuit Court Chief Judge Timothy M. Kenny; Third Judicial Circuit Court Family Domestic Division Presiding Judge Melissa A. Cox; Third Judicial Circuit Court Judge Charlene M. Elder; Third Judicial Circuit Court Executive Court Administrator Zenell B. Brown; Denice Purves, SCAO; Third Judicial Circuit Court Director of Court Reporting Services Tammi Palmer; and Third Judicial Circuit Court Civil Division Supervisor of Court Reporting/Recording Services Mark Knight.
