This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 3, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona trial session. On September 12, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness on the ground that the liabilities for the taxable periods in issue have been paid in full and the proposed levy is no longer necessary. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 23, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss.
