In an action, inter alia, to recover damages on the ground that defendant transferred property to his wife, Sally Barone, in fraud of creditors, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Marbach, J.), dated July 2, 1980, which granted defendant summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements. There is no merit to appellant's contentions. Mangano, J.P., Gibbons, Gulotta and O'Connor, JJ., concur.
