This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person, commencing Monday, September 19, 2022, in Columbia, South Carolina.
On August 19, 2022, the respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, representing therein that respondent is unaware of petitioner's views as to the granting of that motion. On August 26, 22 the Court issued an Order directing petitioner to file, on or before September 9, 2022, a written response to respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed August 19, 2022. Petitioner has not filed any such response. On September 13, 2022, petitioner called the Chambers of the undersigned and spoke with a Court representative. During that call, petitioner notified the Court that he has no objection to the granting of respondent's Motion for Continuance filed August 19, 2022.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's Motion for Continuance filed August 19, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the September 19, 2022, Columbia, South Carolina, session of the Court and is continued. It is further
ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
