SASINOWSKI v. LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF the STATE OF OREGON

Amici curiae Oregon Ranked Choice Voting Advocates and Blair Bobier filed a supplemental brief that requests that the court vacate or otherwise withdraw its opinion issued in this case on May 16, 2024, and certify the ballot title prepared by the joint legislative committee for Legislative Referral 403 (2024). That request is denied. Petitioner’s objection to the Attorney General’s modified ballot title is denied. See Or Laws 2023, ch 366, § 4(7) (providing that the Attorney General’s modified ballot title is not subject to judicial review). Petitioner also has filed a motion to reconsider the court’s opinion issued on May 16, 2024, as well as an amended motion. That motion is denied.
