This case is currently set for trial during the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On November 10, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case. During the call, the parties made an informal request for a continuance. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, the Court is willing to grant the parties' informal request and continue the case to the Court's March 7, 2022, Dallas, Texas, in-person trial session.
