Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 23, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kristina Karle, Esq., sworn to June 17, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated July 1, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 2, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 1, 2015, and inserting in its place the date July 29, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 2, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 5, 2015, and inserting in its place the date September 2, 2015.
