AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2 — instructions, prejudicial and harmless error. On review controverted instructions should be set out in full in the brief and argument, and reference by number to another source for their consideration condemned; and instructions which stated abstract legal propositions and did not advise the jury of the application of the instructions to the evidence were properly refused.
