DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that James Hughes, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Mary Cosgrove Militano, Esq., 7 Cornell Blvd., Scotia, NY 12302, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b), and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
