This case is calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing December 11, 2023, in San Diego, California.
On October 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. It is not practical and there is not enough time to set this case for a remote subpoena hearing. Respondent is free to serve the subpoena callable on the first day of the above-referenced Trial Session, and if respondent does not receive the documents before then, we will have a hearing at the calendar call on December 11, 2023, and will set this case for trial after the documents have been produced.
