SHARON SANTOSO & ADI SANTOSO, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On January 8, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing petitioners to show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed on the grounds of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 20500-23. In both cases, petitioners seek review of notices of deficiency, dated September 29, 2023, issued with respect to petitioners' 2001 and 2005 through 2016 tax years.

On January 8, 2024, petitioners filed in this case a Motion to Dismiss, agreeing that this case is duplicative of petitioners' case at Docket No. 20500-23.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the Court's above-referenced Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' above-referenced Motion to Dismiss is granted in that this case is closed on the grounds of duplication. All future communications concerning the notices of deficiency issued for petitioners' 2001 and 2005 through 2016 tax years should be directed to Docket No. 20500-23.
