ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
KATHLEEN KERRIGAN, CHIEF JUDGE.
On December 28, 2023, petitioners filed the Petitions to commence this case and a separate case at Docket No. 20500-23. The two cases appear duplicative as petitioners challenge the same notices of deficiency in both cases. The Court's filing fee for this case has not been paid; however, petitioners have paid the filing fee at Docket No. 20500-23.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 25, 2023, petitioners shall show cause in writing why this case should not be closed on the grounds of duplication with respect to petitioners' case at Docket No. 20500-23.
