          JUDGMENT

          VIRGINIA PHILLIPS, District Judge.

         Pursuant to the Order of the Court adopting the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of United States Magistrate Judge Rosalyn M. Chapman,

         IT IS ADJUDGED that Judgment be entered dismissing plaintiff's federal claims, granting defendants Sokara Mitchell-Young, Lisa Wood and Billie Jo Conley qualified immunity, and dismissing without prejudice plaintiff's state law claims.
