This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On September 16, 2021, petitioner filed a Petition along with a Request for Place of Trial. The Request for Place of Trial shows Buffalo, New York. Due to an administrative error, the place of trial entered for this case was New York, New York. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session and continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial is changed to Buffalo, New York.
