ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session. On April 8, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 11) informing the Court that "[r]espondent's Office of Appeals has informed [r]espondent's [c]ounsel that it has reached a settlement resolving all issues in the case." By Order served April 12, 2024, among other things, this case was stricken from the Court's April 22, 2024, New York, New York, trial session.

On July 22, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 17). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 22, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
