This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on September 13, 2021, in Boston, Massachusetts; the trial session will be conducted remotely. On June 9, 2021, pursuant to the Court's April 27, 2021, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on April 19, 2021, petitioners' counsel sent him a letter containing some of the requested information and on May 11, 2021, he sent an e-mail to petitioners' counsel with an encrypted letter and computations attached, offering to settle this case. Respondent further reports that he has not received a response to his e-mail. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before August 9, 2021, file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
