JOE SANTILLANA, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 1 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F14-12813-H

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's February 12, 2018 motion to strike extraneous pages from the clerk's record. In the motion, appellant states that pages 117-120 in the clerk's record are documents filed in an unrelated case. Appellant asks the Court to strike these pages as they are unrelated and apparently misfiled.

We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent that we STRIKE the December 12, 2016 clerk's record in its entirety. We ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to file, WITHIN TEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, a corrected clerk's record that contains only documents relating to appellant and appellant's case.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send a copy of this order to the Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre.
