Opinion

Upon consideration, petitioner's motion for extension of time to file reply is hereby denied.

The temporary stay entered by this Court on May 21, 2014 is hereby lifted. Petitioner's emergency motion for stay of proceedings in the lower tribunal is hereby denied.

Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition and the response thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.
