Defendant-appellant having moved for a stay of trial pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 29, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties hereto dated July 24, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion and appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
