Motion by appellant to stay the injunctive provisions of the judgment granted on condition that appellant serve and file the record on appeal and serve on respondent a typewritten copy of its brief on or before March 15, 1956, and be ready for argument at the March Term. Respondent's brief may be filed in accordance with directions to be given by the court on the argument.
