Order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 1967, affirmed, without costs. The order appealed from granted a motion by defendants to direct the plaintiff to cease and desist from retaliating against them, and for other relief. The defendants returned to work pursuant to a stipulation of the parties which preserved their rights, in common with other employees, during the course of employment, to earned vacations and personal time off. (See related proceedings Matter of Rosenberger v. Sanitary Dist. No. 6, 28 A.D.2d 892 and Matter of Badalucco v. Sanitary Dist. No. 6, 28 A.D.2d 877, decided herewith.) Rabin, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Benjamin, Munder and Nolan, JJ., concur.
