By Notice served December 5, 2023, this case is calendared for trial at the San Francisco, California, trial session of the Court commencing April 2, 2024. On December 12, 2023, the respondent filed a Motion to Remand requesting that the Court remand this case to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for further administrative hearing.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 2, 2024, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed December 12, 2023, is granted in that this case is remanded to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. Respondent's Office of Appeals shall hold a supplemental hearing on this collection due process case no later than February 20, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is hereby retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 21, 2024, file with the Court status report(s) (joint or separate), advising the Court of the then present status of this case. The parties shall attach thereto any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
