MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant, Sanger School Foundation, Inc., filed a notice of appeal from an adverse injunction issued by the trial court. Now, Sanger School and appellee, City of Waco, have filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal so that a settlement agreement can be implemented.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a).
