ORDER

This case is currently calendared on the Court's Baltimore, Maryland trial session, scheduled to begin April 8, 2024.

On January 5, 2024, petitioner Sang H. Yi filed a motion to stay proceedings notifying this Court that he filed a petition with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 11 on October 30, 2023, after filing a petition with this Court. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Yi's motion to stay proceedings is granted in that the proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, the parties shall, on or before July 24, 2024, file with the Court a report as to the then-present status of the bankruptcy proceeding.
