DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Sane Energy Project and Cooper Park Resident Council, Inc., inter alia, for leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2021, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted as to so much of the order as pertains to the proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 and is otherwise denied as unnecessary; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
