This case was stricken from the Court's October 3, 2022, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On October 17, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating that he recently mailed petitioner Megan Rosser Sanderson a stipulated decision and is waiting for a signed copy to be returned. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. Sanderson's address of record in this case shall be updated to reflect the Jefferson, Georgia address as listed on the last page of the Commissioner's status report. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
